Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven IT HR Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle —from identifying staffing needs to sourcing and onboarding candidates. The ideal candidate will play a key role in attracting top talent to drive the company's success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with department heads to determine hiring needs and job specifications
• Write and publish job descriptions on job portals, LinkedIn, and social media
• Screen resumes and applications to shortlist potential candidates
• Conduct initial interviews via phone, video, or in-person
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers
• Maintain and update recruitment databases and reports
• Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for selected candidates
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings
• Promote company culture and employer branding during recruitment processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–5 years of experience in recruitment or a related HR function
• Familiarity with sourcing tools (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and time management abilities

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Basic understanding of labor laws and HR best practices
• Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace
