Job Title: Senior HR Manager Location: Bangalore Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager to lead our human resources function in the real estate industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures to support business objectives. 2. Manage employee relations, including recruitment, talent management, and employee engagement. 3. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including statutory audits and returns. 4. Develop and manage training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. 5. Manage employee communications, including company-wide announcements and employee feedback. 6. Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to support business decisions. 7. Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement organizational changes. Requirements: 1. 5+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in the real estate industry. 2. Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies. 3. Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications: 1. Industry experience in real estate. 2. Master's degree in HR or related field. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
