Job description

• Calling, Messaging, Interacting the candidates for screening and shortlisting resumes, taking telephonic screening interviews etc.
• Preparation of Daily, Weekly, Monthly MIS Reports of Hiring status
• Maintaining Attendance Excel Spreadsheet with proper documentation and leave records
• Managing end to end recruitment and selection process
• Coordination with the Development Team and Management with respect to interviews, joining etc.
• Strong Follow up & negotiation with the candidates till the candidate gets hired
• HR activities related to Employee Workforce Management & Documentation
• Other HR & Administration activities related to Workplace & office general upkeep etc.
• To work for the betterment of office and act as a liaison between the management and employees

Experience Required :- Minimum 1.5-2 Years of Experience in IT Recruitment & HRM Role

Job Location :- Zirakpur (Punjab)

Work Timing :- 10AM - 7PM
