Sr. Frontend EngineerLocation: Chennai and Bangalore(onsite) Prana Tree is seeking a talented and experienced Sr. Software Engineer (Frontend Developer) to join our dynamic team. This role requires an innovative individual proficient in React Native and frontend technologies to create and maintain high-performance, pixel-perfect mobile and web applications. You will play a critical role in delivering exceptional user experiences by collaborating with designers, developers, and stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesBuild pixel-perfect, responsive, and high-performance user interfaces for web and mobile platforms.Leverage native APIs for seamless integrations across platforms.Diagnose and resolve bugs and performance bottlenecks to ensure an optimized user experience.Contribute to open-source communities by implementing mission-critical updates or fixes in frameworks like ReactJS/React Native.Maintained clean, well-documented code and wrote unit tests to deliver high-quality software.Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver innovative features.Understand and implement REST principles and optimize APIs for seamless front-end integration.Ensure adherence to W3C standards, focusing on performance and optimization techniques.Utilize tools like Git and JIRA for version control and project management.Work in a fast-paced startup environment, adapting quickly to evolving requirements.RequirementsBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a relevant field.5+ years of experience in front-end development.Strong experience in JavaScript (5+ years, including ReactJS/Redux).Expertise in HTML, CSS, and JQuery (5+ years).Deep understanding of XML, JSON, and DOM (4+ years).Familiarity with basic REST principles and API integration (4+ years).Proven experience with Git (4+ years) for version control.Experience developing enterprise systems, such as eCommerce, manufacturing, or supply chain applications (3+ years).Excellent debugging, performance optimization, and problem-solving skills (4+ years).Strong sense of ownership and accountability for delivering high-quality work.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with a get-things-done attitude.
