Position Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Sr. Executive – Sales with experience in closing work visa files and managing B2C and B2B sales. The candidate will be responsible for converting leads, guiding clients through visa processes, and closing deals with individuals and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:

· Successfully create business from new and existing client data, leading to meeting and exceeding of sales targets

· Build rapport and establish long term relationships with clients and provide end-to-end support

· Handle B2C and B2B sales inquiries and convert leads into clients

· Advise clients on visa requirements and ensure complete documentation

· Maintain CRM records and track sales performance

· Coordinate with internal teams for timely processing and delivery

Required Qualifications & Skills:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (MBA preferred)

· Minimum 3 years of sales experience, with 1–2 years in visa consulting

· Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

· Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment

· Positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges

· Familiarity with CRM tools and visa regulations

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
