Position Overview:

In5knite Solutions is seeking a driven and results-oriented Assistant Manager - Sales with a specialization in Work Visa Consulting and International Client Sales. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in closing work visa files, handling B2C and B2B sales, and managing end-to-end client interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

· Drive end-to-end sales of work visa and migration services, including client consultation, proposal submission, and file closures

· Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries from individual clients (B2C) and corporate partners (B2B)

· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high conversion rate and client satisfaction

· Advise clients on visa requirements, processes, and eligibility based on current immigration laws and country-specific regulations

· Participate in strategy meetings to align sales activities with international market goals.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records through CRM tools and prepare periodic sales performance reports

· Attend and represent the company in expos, webinars, and client meetings domestically

Required Qualifications & Skills:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

· Minimum 5 years of proven experience in sales, with at least 2-3 years in work visa processing, immigration consulting, or related fields.

· Strong understanding of B2C and B2B sales cycles, with the ability to close deals independently.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong client-handling capabilities

· Experience working with CRM platforms, visa regulations, and strong documentation habits

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
