Sr. Executive – Procurement

Job Location: Goregaon East, Mumbai

Responsibilities:

1)     Assist Procurement Manager in International Procurement + any Imports related documentation, as required (processing GRN, shipping line documentation, coordination etc.)

2)     Act as the point of contact for local suppliers and vendors on all matters related to ordering, pricing, and issues for engineering spare parts.

3)     Create P.O.s for local vendors of engineering spare parts based on requisitions by engineering division.

4)     Follow up with local vendors on dispatch status and transport documentation. Collect and process all dispatch and shipping related documentation (EWAY Bill etc.).

5)     Act as main point of contact for the vendors, transporters and coordinate all required document handovers.

6)     Work with Dispatch and Logistics personnel to ensure all purchased spares reach our warehouse on time and within cost.

7)     Ensure all procured materials are labelled and entered into the ERP System

Qualifications:

1)     MBA/ MCom/ MIMM (Masters in Material Management) is a MUST.

2)     5+ years’ experience in a sales and imports focused company 

MS Office and ERP Tally

4)     Desire to learn and grow rapidly. 

5)     Excellent communication, problem solving and interpersonal skills. 

6)     Specialization in supply chain is an asset.
