Job Accountabilities :

1. 100% compliance reliance on procedures and standards
2. Compliance with OMS / Control of work etc.
3. Monitoring and troubleshooting of the system in achieving daily production; Responsible for start-up, shutdown, handling upset and emergency in the subsea system.
4. Responsible for troubleshooting and minimizing downtime; Responsible for preparing permits and certificates as required.
5. Accountable for proper recording/logging of information/data from operating the system.
6. Responsible for highlighting and communicating the right information properly to those concerned on operational issues; Responsible for proper coordination with the team members related to the job.
7. Prepare and update procedures of operations documentation like SOPs, Checklists, Operations Logbooks, etc.; Prepare and update procedures for equipment isolation, flushing (if needed), and nitrogen purge then hand over for maintenance jobs.
8. Update the Interlock bypass document daily and highlight deviations for corrective actions
9. Execute HOTO through OMPRO
10. Monitor alarms and assist in alarm rationalization.
11. Participation in mock drills.
12. Updating of process overrides and MOS status on a daily basis
13. Monitor the chemical consumption and preparation of reports for sustainability

Knowledge and Skills

1. Should know DCS operation.
2. Should know oil & gas process /subsea operations.
3. Should know about Control of Work / PTW systems
4. Should have good communication skills and interact with different teams like intervention, controls, and subsurface.
5. Should have the knowledge to handle emergencies during operations.
6. HOTO and operations management through OMPRO
7. Team building and communication

Qualifications & Experience

• BE / B. Tech in Chemical Engineering / Petroleum Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of Experience in Oil & Gas Processes / Subsea control systems / onshore operations.
