Sr. Designer

Roles & Responsibilities:
Design & Planning

• Develop creative and innovative design concepts.
• Expertise in space planning, scheme design, and design sensibilities.
• Conduct site studies and develop design briefs.
• Ensure compliance with statutory norms and building codes, including design analysis, area statements, and block/stack diagrams.

Design Development

• Create material charts, mood boards, and 3D visuals.
• Integrate and coordinate MEP schematics.
• Prepare budgetary estimates.
• Develop detailed designs and GFC / coordinated drawings.

Documentation & Procurement

• Prepare comprehensive tender documentation including GCC/SCC, BOQ, specifications, and schedules.
• Support procurement through event scheduling, resolution of queries, and bid review.

Project Delivery & Execution

• Monitor periodic site progress and conduct design coordination meetings.
• Validate variation claims and review vendor submittals.
• Respond to RFIs, assess design compliance, and oversee testing and commissioning.
• Prepare project handover documents, snag-lists, and oversee de-snagging and certification.

Sustainability & Integration

• Apply principles of integrated design and sustainability.
• Assess buildability and deliver design programs on schedule.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
