Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in our Insurance Process division. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for policyholders, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience in alignment with company standards.
