We re seeking a Customer Success Associate to join our dynamic team with a solution-driven approach. He/She will be the bridge between our clients and internal teams, ensuring campaigns are executed smoothly and clients are armed with the right insights to grow faster. What Youll Do Assist in executing and tracking marketing campaigns for top brands Pull and interpret campaign performance data (Excel/GSheets proficiency a must) Support in preparing reports, client presentations & monthly reviews Communicate regularly with brand teams to understand their needs and drive outcomes Brainstorm campaign ideas aligned with retail calendars and customer segments Think on your feet, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely delivery across touchpoints What We re Looking For 1-2 years of experience in client-facing roles (Customer Success, Marketing, or Brand teams preferred) Street-smart, hungry to learn, and thrives in fast-paced environments Strong communication and interpersonal skills you ll speak to brands regularly Solid logic and problem-solving abilities Excel skills are a must; bonus points for any experience with CRM/SQL Marketing understanding particularly for retail, e-commerce or D2C brands Based in Mumbai or willing to relocate Why Join Us?
