Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Developer with 8 to 10 years of experience in AEM Frontend and AEM Backend development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT Consulting and Analytics. This hybrid role requires excellent English language skills and offers a day shift with no travel requirements. Responsibilities Develop and maintain AEM Frontend and Backend components to ensure seamless integration and functionality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for AEM projects. Implement best practices in AEM development to enhance performance and scalability. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AEM components and integrations. Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and team members. Ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards through code reviews and testing. Optimize AEM solutions for maximum speed and scalability. Participate in the design and architecture of AEM solutions to meet business needs. Stay updated with the latest AEM trends and technologies to continuously improve development processes. Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and provide effective AEM solutions. Contribute to the development of project plans and timelines for AEM implementations. Document technical specifications and project-related information for future reference. Collaborate with IT Consulting and Analytics teams to leverage domain expertise in AEM projects. Qualifications Possess strong experience in AEM Frontend and Backend development. Have a background in IT Consulting and Analytics which is a nice to have. Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Exhibit proficiency in English language skills both written and spoken. Show ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model. Display strong collaboration and communication skills. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AEM technologies and best practices.
