Role Overview

:
We’re seeking a dynamic Sponsorship and Brand Integration Specialist to lead the charge in bringing premium sponsors and brand partners onboard for Discultured's magazine and event IPs. You will play a key role in ideating, pitching, and securing collaborations with top lifestyle, fashion, F&B, tech, and luxury brands that align with our vision.

Key Responsibilities

:
Identify, approach, and close sponsorship deals for events, digital campaigns, and print issues.Develop tailored brand integration strategies for each project and IP.Create powerful presentations and proposals that showcase brand value, audience insights, and ROI.Collaborate closely with content, editorial, design, and production teams to execute sponsor integrations.Build and maintain long-term relationships with brand partners, PR agencies, and marketing leads.Track industry trends to unlock new monetization and branding opportunities.Maintain detailed records of sponsorship deals, negotiations, and outcomes.

What We’re Looking For:

2–5 years of experience in sponsorship sales, brand partnerships, or business development (preferably in media, events, or lifestyle).
Strong pitch-writing and client-facing communication skills.Understanding of brand marketing, ROI metrics, and digital integrations.Well-connected in the fashion, lifestyle, F&B, or events industry is a huge plus.Self-starter with a passion for storytelling, pop culture, and creative campaigns.
