Listen to what speakers have to say about TT Conferences: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DfBMggNrhKo&feature=youtu.be Job Role and Responsibilities Objective: To acquire speakers for various TT conferences Should be an excellent team player Identifying, inviting & confirming key industry speakers for meetings & conferences Formulating advisory board of subject matter experts for meetings & conferences To build a database by sourcing quality industry speakers as per the defined process Maintaining a hygienic and updated prospect and client database Should be well versed with objection handling and winning speakers Should be able to outcall speakers for their feedback on Subject topics Proactively follow ups with the speakers for respective/ multiple projects Speakers/ Account Retention To coordinate with cross functional teams Should be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously. Should know how to meet deadlines by prioritizing & multitasking the allocated task Should work with flexible approach specially when priorities changes. Should know how to prepare Productivity report and share weekly, monthly, quarterly and Annually MIS with the Manager To maintain PPT (PODs) of respective project Required Skills: Strong communication skills and able to converse well with high level executives Excellent Sales & Up sales Skills Exceptional phone & customer service skills Superb Rebuttal Skills Data hunting & Data building skills (Data Mining) Highly organized and self-motivated Analytical thinking Database management MS Excel savvy Show more Show less
