Job Title: Spa Manager

Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Spa Manager to oversee our day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional customer service while fostering a positive work environment for our staff. The ideal candidate will excel at handling customer inquiries and concerns independently, generating leads through cold calling, and effectively managing the team to provide a seamless spa experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relations:
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized service.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
  • Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Lead Generation:
  • Develop and execute marketing initiatives to attract new clients, including cold calling potential leads.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote spa services and special offers.
  • Monitor and analyze customer trends to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Staff Management:
  • Recruit, train, and mentor spa staff to ensure high standards of service.
  • Schedule and coordinate staff shifts, ensuring adequate coverage and efficient operations.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, encouraging professional development.
  • Operational Oversight:
  • Monitor daily operations to ensure smooth functioning of the spa.
  • Address and resolve any staff or customer issues promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain inventory and supply levels, ordering products as needed.
  • Financial Management:
  • Assist in budget planning and ensure the spa operates within financial parameters.
  • Monitor sales and performance metrics, making recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in spa management or a related field.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including strong phone skills for cold calling.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team development.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Knowledge of spa services, products, and industry trends.
