Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a South Indian CDP (Chef de Partie). The South Indian CDP will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes according to BYOM's standards. Day-to-day tasks include managing and training kitchen staff, ensuring hygiene and cleanliness, managing inventory and supplies, and contributing to menu development. The role also requires maintaining high standards of food hygiene and following health and safety practices in the kitchen. Qualifications Expertise in South Indian cuisine, including preparation and presentation of dishes Experience in kitchen management, inventory control, and staff supervision Knowledge of food hygiene and health and safety regulations Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent communication and team collaboration skills Ability to work independently and remotely Formal culinary training and a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role Show more Show less
