About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Software Team Lead with strong expertise in C++ and full-stack development to join our dynamic engineering team. This role involves leading a team of developers, architecting software solutions, writing high-quality code, and ensuring timely delivery of projects. The ideal candidate should have a solid foundation in system-level programming and hands-on experience in frontend and backend web technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers in developing scalable applications using C++ and full-stack technologies.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain software components for both backend and frontend systems.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA engineers to define project requirements and delivery timelines.
• Participate in architectural and code reviews to ensure code quality and best practices.
• Act as a technical point of contact and contribute to solving complex technical problems.
• Guide the team in debugging, performance optimization, and refactoring.
• Maintain clear documentation of design decisions, architecture, and codebase.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in C++ (11/14/17) with a deep understanding of memory management, multithreading, and system-level development.
• Solid experience in frontend technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Proficiency in backend development using languages and frameworks like Node.js, Python, Java, or .NET.
• Strong database knowledge (SQL and NoSQL), and experience working with databases like PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or MySQL.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹840,000.00 per year
