Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Account Assistant to support our finance and accounting team. The ideal candidate will assist with daily accounting tasks, maintain financial records, and ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist with day-to-day accounting operations including data entry, bookkeeping, and record maintenance.

· Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and payments.

· Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and financial discrepancies.

· Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.

· Maintain digital and physical financial documents and records.

· Assist with preparation of financial reports and statements.

· Handle petty cash and employee reimbursements.

· Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred).

· 1–2 years of experience in accounting or finance (entry-level candidates may be considered).

· Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

· Good organizational and time management skills.

· Basic knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
