Software Support Specialist - International Voice Process for Accounting Software

Roles & Responsibilities:
We are looking to hire a jovial and energetic Accounting Software Support Specialist which in charge to support all client enquiries referring to Accounting Software related matters. The respective employees are accountable for being proactive and alert to maintain and support our company's production progress.

Main Responsibilities:

· Provide support to end users on enquiries to Accounting Software via phone call / email / remote assistance.

· Provide Software technical assistance, troubleshoot and resolve issues.

· Perform data migration works, templates creation where necessary.

· Resolve customer issues in a timely & professional manner.

· Involve in ad-hoc tasks where applicable.

Mandatory Skills:

· Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or relevant qualifications equivalent to the field required.

· Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Helpdesk / Onsite / Desktop support / Accounting / Finance system is preferred.

· Excellent communication skills is mandatory
