CRM and Sales Reporting Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system . Track and report key sales metrics such as outreach effectiveness, response rates, and conversion ratios. Continuously refine sales processes based on performance insights and data-driven analysis. 4. Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with Onboarding, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation. Share market feedback and prospect insights to help shape go-to-market strategies. Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales , CRM tools , and client management . Strong presentation and communication skills. Familiarity with consultative selling techniques and lead qualification methodologies (e.g., BANT).
