Job Summary:

A passionate and committed Soft Skills Trainer responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs that enhance communication, interpersonal, and workplace-readiness skills among youth in rural communities. Played a pivotal role in bridging the gap between education and employability by enabling participants to confidently enter the workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

• Training Delivery: Conducted engaging and interactive soft skills sessions covering communication, teamwork, time management, leadership, problem-solving, grooming, and interview preparation.
• Curriculum Development: Designed and adapted training content to suit rural learners with varied educational backgrounds and learning abilities.
• Individual Assessment: Assessed trainees’ strengths and development needs to tailor training approaches and track progress.
• Workplace Readiness: Prepared trainees for real-world job environments through mock interviews, group discussions, workplace simulations, and role plays.
• Community Engagement: Collaborated with local stakeholders, including village leaders, parents, and youth clubs to promote the value of soft skills and career development.
• Digital Literacy & English Speaking: Introduced basic digital tools and conversational English to improve employability in both urban and semi-urban job markets.
• Placement Support: Assisted placement officers by evaluating student readiness and recommending candidates for job roles in hospitality, retail, BPOs, and field sales.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintained records of attendance, assessments, feedback, and monthly reports for internal review and donor reporting.
