Job Description – Warehouse Supervisor (3PL Warehouse) We are seeking a skilled and responsible Warehouse Supervisor to manage daily warehouse operations in our 3PL facility. The ideal candidate will oversee inbound and outbound logistics, inventory management, and team supervision, ensuring smooth and efficient warehouse functioning. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, dispatch, and documentation. Ensure compliance with stacking norms (FIFO/FEFO) and optimal space utilization. Manage pick list generation and coordinate timely vehicle loading (TATA ACE, 407, etc.). Monitor and guide warehouse staff, ensuring productivity and discipline. Conduct cycle counts and assist with accurate inventory control. Maintain data entry and reporting through SAP/WMS systems. Ensure warehouse safety, cleanliness, and adherence to operational SOPs.
