Job Title: Social Media Marketing Manager

Industry: International Travel
Location: Sector 19, Gurgaon
Shift: US Shift (Night Shift)
Salary: Up to ₹85,000 per month
Transport: Cab facility (both sides)
Experience Required: Minimum 4 years as a Social Media Marketing (SMM) Manager in the International Travel Industry
Current Role Requirement: Must currently be working in the international travel industry

Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven and creative Social Media Marketing Manager with deep experience in the international travel industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing high-impact social media strategies to drive engagement, traffic, and global brand visibility. You must have a strong background managing international campaigns and currently be active in the travel domain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement end-to-end social media strategies to promote international travel services.
  • Manage and grow company presence across all major social media platforms: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.
  • Plan and execute international paid social campaigns to drive lead generation and brand visibility.
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging, destination-focused content tailored for global audiences.
  • Track campaign effectiveness using analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Sprout Social).
  • Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and creative teams to ensure brand consistency across channels.
  • Monitor current travel and content trends globally and integrate them into strategy.
  • Handle community engagement, customer queries, and crisis management on social platforms.
  • Provide regular performance reports and insights to leadership, with recommendations for improvement.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a Social Media Marketing Manager in the International Travel Industry.
  • Currently working in the international travel industry (mandatory).
  • Proven experience with global audience targeting and content strategy.
  • Hands-on expertise in running international social ad campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Strong knowledge of social media KPIs, tracking tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, creative writing, and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to work night shifts aligned to US time zones.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
