Social Media Marketing Intern

We are seeking a creative and motivated Social Media Intern to join our marketing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in content creation, community engagement, and social media strategy across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating, scheduling, and publishing engaging content for social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
• Support the development of social media campaigns and promotions.
• Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and industry news to identify opportunities for engagement.
• Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
• Assist in analyzing social media performance and preparing weekly/monthly reports.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new ideas for content and growth.
• Help with photo/video shoots and basic graphic design, if needed.

Requirements:

• Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
• Familiarity with major social media platforms and trends.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with an eye for detail and design.
• Basic knowledge of social media scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite) is a plus.
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
