* Assist in developing, planning, and executing social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
* Create engaging, on-brand graphics and visual content (property posts, stories, reels, infographics, carousel, static posts, etc.)
* Schedule and manage posts using social media tools (e.g. Hootsuite)
* Help monitor and respond to community engagement and messages
* Support the marketing team in property launches, campaigns, and events
* Research latest trends in real estate, social media, and digital marketing
* Assist in analytics reporting and performance tracking of content
* Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Marketing, Communication, Design, or a related field
* Proficiency in graphic design tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
* Understanding of major social media platforms and content best practices
* Creative mindset with attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics
* Good communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* A portfolio of past design or content work (preferred)
