Tychi Wallet is expanding and we’re looking for a creative, Web3-savvy Social Media Manager to join our mission of redefining digital finance.

📍 Location: Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi (Work from Office Only)

Role: Social Media Manager

As our in-house social media lead, you’ll be the voice of Tychi Wallet across platforms, building our brand, shaping narratives, and engaging the Web3 community.

Responsibilities:

✅ Develop and execute end-to-end social media strategies tailored to Web3 audiences

✅ Manage and grow our presence across X (Twitter), Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Telegram

✅ Collaborate with graphic designers to create engaging visual + written content — memes, carousels, videos, reels, and more

✅ Run and optimize campaigns for product launches, airdrops, AMAs, token announcements, and community events

✅ Coordinate cross-platform promotions, influencer collabs, and real-time market trends

✅ Monitor performance through key metrics (reach, CTR, conversions) and continuously improve

✅ Stay on top of Web3 trends, community culture, and emerging meme/meta formats

✅ Work closely with product, design, and community teams to align messaging across all touchpoints

✅ Suggest and implement creative growth strategies, referral campaigns, and community competitions

Bonus if you have:

Knowledge of Web3 tools, DAOs, DeFi, and on-chain trends

Experience managing launchpad or token marketing campaigns

Memetic instinct and a knack for viral storytelling
