Job Summary:
We’re seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to lead and strategize social media campaigns, content planning, audience growth, and brand engagement for multiple clients or in-house brands.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective social media strategies and monthly content calendars.
Brief design and video teams on creative requirements.
Handle client communication and monthly review meetings.
Oversee content posting, scheduling, and platform management.
Lead community management — respond to queries, comments, and manage online reputation.
Analyze insights, track KPIs, and optimize campaigns based on performance reports.
Stay updated on platform algorithm changes, trends, and digital marketing innovations.
Plan paid social media ad campaigns in coordination with the media team (if applicable).
Manage influencer tie-ups and campaign collaborations when needed.

Required Skills:

Strong command over Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter.
Ability to build and manage content calendars and campaigns end-to-end.
Good understanding of social media algorithms, paid promotions, and organic growth tactics.
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and social media scheduling tools.
Strong leadership, client handling, and communication skills.
Capable of handling multiple brands simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
