Social Media Manager

We are looking for a creative and organized Social Media Manager to join our team. You will manage and grow our clients’ and in-house brands’ social media presence across platforms by planning, creating, scheduling, and analyzing content to drive engagement and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals.
• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Write clear, engaging captions tailored to each platform and audience.
• Coordinate with the design and video teams for post creatives, reels, and stories.
• Manage and monitor daily posting, community engagement, and inbox handling.
• Track and analyze performance metrics, preparing reports with actionable insights.
• Stay updated with platform trends and algorithm changes to optimize content strategy.
• Manage and execute paid social campaigns as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams for campaign planning and execution.

Requirements:

• At least 1–2 years of experience managing social media accounts for brands or agencies.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube best practices.
• Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
• Good sense of aesthetics and ability to brief designers effectively.
• Knowledge of social media analytics tools (Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.).
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and a growth mindset.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,405.49 - ₹35,680.24 per month
