Roles and Responsibilities:- TeamLead and manage end-to-end social media campaigns across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Build strategic social media plans for brands with data-driven insights and creative thinking. Act as the primary point of contact for clients , ensuring strong relationships and clear communication. Oversee content calendars, creative briefs, and performance reports . Work closely with designers, content creators, and performance marketers to bring ideas to life. Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes. Requirements:- 6+ years of experience in Social Media / Digital Marketing Agencies (Creative + Client Servicing Role). Proven experience in handling multiple client accounts simultaneously. A sharp eye for branding, tone, and audience engagement. Excellent communication & presentation skills (English proficiency a must). Strong grip on strategy, execution, and performance analytics . Proficiency in MS PowerPoint for client pitches and presentations. A creative mindset with a hunger for innovation and “out-of-the-box” campaign ideas.
