Social Media Handler

Develop and schedule engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and other platforms.

Plan and execute digital campaigns to highlight new collections and offers.

Monitor trends, hashtags, and audience engagement to optimize performance.

Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries via social media and WhatsApp.

Offer styling suggestions, detailed product knowledge, and after-sales support.

Maintain a polite and friendly brand tone across all interactions.

Identify potential buyers through social engagement and convert interactions into leads.

Follow up with prospects, maintain relationships, and close sales online.

Guide customers through payment, shipping, and post-purchase care.

Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and customer interactions.

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in social media handling, online sales, or customer service (jewelry or luxury retail industry preferred).

Strong communication and persuasive writing skills.

Proficiency in using Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp Business tools.

Ability to manage multiple conversations and tasks simultaneously.

Basic understanding of jewelry products (training will be provided).

Proactive, customer-centric, and detail-oriented.

Familiarity with Instagram Business Suite, Facebook Ads Manager, or CRM platforms like Zoho.

Basic skills in Canva, simple video editing, and visual content creation.
