Social Media Executive

A highly motivated and creative Social Media Executive is sought to join the marketing team. The executive will be responsible for managing social media presence across various platforms, developing and implementing engaging content strategies, and fostering a vibrant online community. This role provides an opportunity to play a key role in shaping the brand's online voice and driving audience engagement. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the brand's goals and target audience.
• Create, curate, and publish engaging content (including text, images, videos, and stories) across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, mentions, and customer inquiries, responding promptly and professionally.
• Analyze social media performance using analytics tools, preparing reports, and identifying insights to optimize strategies.
• Collaborate effectively with the broader marketing team, design team, and other departments to ensure consistent brand messaging and campaign execution.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, features, and best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience (1-3 years) as a Social Media Executive or a similar role, demonstrating a strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to craft compelling and engaging content.
• Creativity and the ability to brainstorm and develop innovative social media campaigns.
• Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Basic understanding of SEO and content optimization for social media visibility.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
