Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns on Meta platforms, including

Facebook, Instagram, and Messenger.

  • Develop advanced audience targeting strategies, including custom audiences,

lookalikes, and retargeting tactics.

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager, Business

Suite, and other analytics tools.

  • Collaborate with creative, content, and performance marketing teams to develop

engaging ad creatives aligned with campaign objectives.

  • Conduct A/B testing to refine ad copy, visuals, placement, and audience segments.
  • Ensure campaigns are aligned with marketing goals such as brand awareness, lead

generation, conversions, or sales.

  • Stay up to date on Meta’s evolving advertising tools, features, algorithm changes,

and best practices.

  • Provide strategic recommendations to improve ad performance and lower cost-per-result metrics.
  • Manage and optimize budgets to ensure cost-effective campaign delivery.
  • Generate regular reports and actionable insights for internal stakeholders or clients.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience managing Meta ads (Facebook, Instagram) at scale.
  • Proficient in Meta Ads Manager, Facebook Business Manager, and Meta Pixel

implementation.

  • Strong understanding of Meta’s advertising ecosystem, including campaign

structure, objectives, placements, bidding strategies, and attribution models.

  • Demonstrated success in running performance-driven campaigns with measurable

results.

  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Analytics,

or third-party reporting platforms.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Meta Certified Digital Marketing Associate or Media Buying Professional.
  • Experience with WhatsApp Business API and Messenger bots.
  • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce) or CRM

integrations.

  • Knowledge of competitor social platforms (e.g., TikTok Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
