Social Media Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Executive with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in managing brand presence across social platforms. At RAMAL Marketing, you will be responsible for executing engaging social strategies, creating impactful content, and driving audience growth for a diverse portfolio of clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies for multiple clients
• Create engaging content (posts, reels, stories, captions) tailored to each platform (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, Snapchat etc.)
• Plan and maintain content calendars and ensure timely postings
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to deliver creative assets
• Monitor, track, and report performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth)
• Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithm changes, and best practices
• Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster community
• Assist in running paid social media campaigns and analyze performance
• Work closely with the account managers to understand client goals and deliver accordingly

Requirements:

• 2+ years of proven work experience in social media management
• Strong understanding of social media tools, trends, and platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, Buffer/Hootsuite, etc.
• Basic knowledge of paid ads and analytics tools is a plus
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
