This role requires strong organizational skills, creativity, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams to deliver engaging content consistently. You’ll play a key part in executing content calendars, reporting performance, and driving social media growth for our clients.Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day social media operations for multiple client accountsDevelop and maintain monthly content calendars in collaboration with the strategy teamCoordinate with designers and content writers to deliver high-quality creatives and captionsSchedule and publish posts across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)Track engagement metrics and generate performance reports regularlyEnsure timely delivery of posts and quick turnaround on client feedbackStay updated with social media trends and suggest relevant content ideas for clientsSupport in ideating and executing client-specific growth campaignsCommunicate clearly with internal stakeholders and assist in handling client queries or feedbackIdeal Candidate:Prior experience managing social media accounts (even college clubs or freelance projects count)Basic understanding of how Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms workStrong coordination and time-management skillsFamiliarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, Buffer, etc.Able to multitask across brands while maintaining content quality and toneGood written and verbal communication skillsTeam player who can take ownership and deliver consistentlyBonus: Knowledge of analytics and paid promotions
