Key Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps (.NET apps).
Integrate observability tools (AppDynamics), maintain dashboards, and tune alert rules.
Automate pre/post-deployment checks, validations, and proactive recovery scripts.
Analyze telemetry/logs for pattern detection and early issue resolution.
Enable self-healing systems and post-release optimization.

Must-Have Skills:

AppDynamics (monitoring & dashboards)
Azure DevOps (pipelines, repositories, automation)
ServiceNow (incident/change management)
Microsoft Azure (cloud deployments & monitoring)
Experience integrating monitoring/logging into pipelines
Understanding of automated testing workflows

Good-to-Have:

Splunk, Postman, Swagger
Basic scripting (PowerShell/Bash/Python)
Test automation tools (Selenium, JMeter)
Microsoft Azure certification (AZ-104 or similar)
Experience in travel/cruise domain
