Position: Centre ManagerLocation: GurgaonJob Type: Full-time Role Summary:We are looking for a dynamic Centre Manager to lead daily operations, ensure excellent service delivery, and foster a collaborative member community. This role includes front-desk management, community engagement, sales support, and facility oversight.Key Responsibilities:Manage front-desk operations and visitor/member check-insOnboard new members and coordinate community eventsHandle sales leads, conduct tours, and convert inquiries into membershipsOversee bookings, mail handling, member transitions, and office maintenanceGenerate invoices, track payments, and maintain recordsRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field3+ years in operations, customer service, or community managementStrong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skillsProficiency in CRM, POS systems, and Microsoft OfficeSales or business development experience is a plus
