Site Engineer - Real Estate

Experience: 3-6years

1. Key Responsibilities:

A. Site Supervision & Execution

• Supervise day-to-day site activities to ensure timely and quality execution of flat/residential building projects.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labor teams for civil, structural, finishing, and MEP works.
• Ensure compliance with architectural drawings, structural plans, and work specifications.
• Monitor site safety, housekeeping, and adherence to quality standards.

B. Project Monitoring & Reporting

• Maintain daily site logs, progress reports, and work schedules.
• Assist in material planning and inventory management.
• Support the Project Manager in tracking timelines, delays, and corrective actions.
• Ensure proper documentation of inspections, concrete pours, and site approvals.

C. Quality Control & Compliance

• Conduct quality checks as per IS codes, checklists, and company standards.
• Ensure execution as per approved BOQs, drawings, and material specs.
• Coordinate with QC team for testing, certifications, and vendor quality issues.

D. Coordination & Communication

• Liaise with architects, structural consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Coordinate handover activities like snagging, finishing, and customer-ready readiness.
• Attend project review meetings and resolve site-level conflicts efficiently.

Technical Skills:

• Strong understanding of civil construction, RCC work, plastering, waterproofing, tiling, electrical & plumbing coordination
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera (optional), and Excel
• Familiarity with municipal norms, RERA, and local construction regulations

Soft Skills:

• Strong team leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving and time management
• Willingness to work on-site full-time with flexibility

Preferred Background:

• Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• Experience: 1-3 years of site execution in residential flats or township projects
• Prior experience with real estate developers is preferred
