Site Engineer (Civil)

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute and monitor all civil engineering activities at the site as per project specifications and drawings.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure project milestones are met.
• Supervise day-to-day construction activities to ensure compliance with structural and safety standards.
• Conduct site inspections, surveys, and quality checks to ensure workmanship and materials meet required standards.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation such as daily reports, progress reports, material records, and measurement sheets.
• Review and interpret construction drawings and specifications; resolve any discrepancies or design issues.
• Ensure all work complies with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental policies.
• Assist in estimating quantities, preparing BOQs, and tracking resource requirements.
• Liaise with architects, structural consultants, and MEP teams as needed.
• Report progress, delays, and site issues to the Project Manager on a regular basis.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 0-2 years of experience in site execution and construction (residential/commercial/infrastructure projects preferred).
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering practices, materials, and construction methodologies.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural and structural drawings.
• Familiarity with MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools.
• Good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
