The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in site supervision, project coordination, and knowledge of construction methodologies. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, designing, and overseeing construction and maintenance of structures and infrastructure.
• Supervise and monitor construction activities at site to ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders for smooth project execution.
• Prepare daily/weekly site reports and documentation.
• Estimate quantities, cost of materials, equipment, and labor.
• Ensure safety protocols and quality standards are maintained at all times.
• Conduct site measurements, layout planning, and material inspections.
• Provide support in resolving any on-site technical issues.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 1–2 years of experience in site execution or civil construction projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and basic project management tools.
• Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, materials, and methods.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, layouts, and structural plans.
