• Prepare BOQs, cost estimates & budget forecasts
• Lead tendering & procurement processes
• Ensure contract compliance and manage project costs
• Evaluate subcontractor claims & progress payments
• Collaborate with engineering, site & accounts teams
• Highlight cost deviations and maintain real-time financial tracking
• Use Candy or equivalent QS software for reporting

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering

✅ 5+ years of infra/construction project experience

✅ Proficiency in Candy or similar tools

✅ Fluent in English & Hindi

✅ Strong coordination with accounts & site teams

✅ Willingness to relocate to Botswana immediately

✅ International or remote project experience (preferred)
