Site Accountant

Greetings All,

Location - Kollur ,Hyderabad

We are looking for an ambitious Site Accounts Executive to provide support to the financial department by managing daily accounting tasks. The ideal candidate should have excellent attention to detail, be highly organized, and have a strong understanding of accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting and Bookkeeping:

• Maintain and update daily accounting entries (e.g., invoices, receipts, payments).
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.
• Prepare journal entries, ledgers, and financial statements on a regular basis.

Accounts Payable/Receivable:

• Manage invoicing and collections from customers.
• Process vendor invoices and payments.
• Reconcile customer and vendor accounts regularly.

Bank Reconciliation:

• Conduct regular bank reconciliations.
• Maintain records of all company bank transactions and ensure proper documentation.

GST, TDS, and Compliance:

• Prepare and file Goods and Services Tax (GST) returns.
• Ensure timely payment and filing of Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) returns.
• Assist in statutory audits and compliance with tax laws and regulations relevant to the Solar/Infra industry.

Financial Reporting:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Provide support for budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Assist in preparing project cost reports, cash flow statements, and profitability analyses.

Project Accounting:

• Handle project-based accounting, track project costs, and expenses.
• Monitor project budgets and support management in cost control.
• Liaise with the project management team for accurate project financial reporting.

Internal Audits and Control:

• Assist in conducting internal audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Implement and maintain internal financial controls and procedures.

Coordination with Stakeholders:

• Liaise with external auditors, consultants, and regulatory bodies for compliance.
• Coordinate with other departments (e.g., procurement, operations, and HR) for smooth financial operations.

Key Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. (Master’s degree or accounting certifications like CA, CMA, or CPA is a plus).
• Experience: 2-5 years of experience in accounting/finance, preferably in the Construction/Real Estate industry.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally ERP, SAP, QuickBooks).
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables, vlookups) and financial modeling.
• Understanding of GST, TDS, and other regulatory compliances.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
