Our website is our main sales engine—and we’re looking for a Shopify Developer to make it faster, smarter, and more conversion-optimized.

Role Overview

We’re hiring a Shopify Developer who can independently manage, maintain, and improve our Shopify store. The ideal candidate will have a solid grasp of SEO, page speed optimization, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and user experience (UX) principles.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the Shopify store, themes, apps, and integrations
• Customize front-end using Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Implement UI/UX improvements to drive conversions and reduce drop-offs
• Optimize page speed and website performance across devices
• Ensure best SEO practices across site structure, meta tags, and content
• Improve user journey based on data, heatmaps, and session recordings
• Build custom landing pages for marketing campaigns and product launches
• Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to implement growth ideas
• Identify bugs, troubleshoot issues, and suggest scalable solutions

Required Skills & Experience

• 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in Shopify development
• Proficient in Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and technical SEO
• Proven experience with page speed optimization (Google PageSpeed, GTmetrix, etc.)
• Familiarity with UX best practices and CRO strategies
• Experience working with Shopify apps, custom code, and integrations
• Ability to manage the website independently and drive continuous improvement
• Bonus: Familiarity with tools like Hotjar, Clarity, Lucky Orange, etc.
