Job Title: HORECA Sales Executive Department: Sales Location: [Delhi] Reports To: Sales Manager / Business Development Manager Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven HORECA Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the Hotel, Restaurant, and Café (HORECA) sector, driving sales growth, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the HORECA sector. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients. Promote and sell the company's products to hotels, restaurants, catering services, and cafes. Conduct regular market visits to gather market intelligence and stay updated on competitor activities. Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits. Monitor and ensure timely delivery of orders and follow up on payment collections. Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management. Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions to expand the client base. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience (2–5 years) in HORECA sales or food & beverage distribution. Strong understanding of the hospitality industry and customer needs. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with FMCG or foodservice products. Existing network of HORECA clients. Fluency in [insert local language] and English.
