Performance Marketing Specialist

We’re hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and scale our paid campaigns across Meta, Google, Amazon, Flipkart, and more. As part of the core team at Silvish , a fast-growing premium D2C silver jewelry brand, you’ll take full ownership of driving performance through paid channels and help us scale profitably. What You’ll Do Plan, execute, and manage campaigns across Meta (FB/IG), Google, Amazon and Flipkart. Monitor performance daily and optimize for ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPA, and other key metrics. Scale high-performing campaigns and cut underperforming ones fast. Work with creative and content teams to test different ad formats, hooks, and messaging. Run A/B tests across targeting, creatives, placements, and bidding strategies. Build performance reports and provide actionable insights to the founding team. Keep up with ad platform updates and competitor trends. What You Should Bring 3+ years of hands-on experience running and scaling paid ads on Meta + Google. Marketplace ad experience (Amazon, Flipkart) is a big advantage. Strong knowledge of performance metrics and campaign optimization techniques. Experience working with D2C brands , ideally in fashion, jewelry, or beauty categories. Ability to work independently, take ownership, and deliver consistent results.
