Globally Web Solutions is on the lookout for a skilled and creative Shopify Developer with a minimum of 2.5 years of experience. You'll work on custom Shopify stores for global brands, solving real-world eCommerce challenges and delivering clean, scalable, and high-performing code. We’re looking for someone who’s not just a coder, but a problem solver with an eye for design and a deep understanding of the Shopify ecosystem. Responsibilities Build and customize Shopify themes from scratch using Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Optimize websites for performance, SEO, and mobile responsiveness Integrate and configure third-party apps and APIs Collaborate with UI/UX, content, and marketing teams to implement features and improvements Debug, test, and maintain existing Shopify stores Manage store configurations, metafields, dynamic content, and custom functionalities Migrate websites to Shopify from platforms like WooCommerce or Magento (as needed) Requirements 2.5+ years of professional experience in Shopify development Proficiency in Liquid templating language and theme architecture (including Shopify 2.0) Strong front-end skills: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) Good understanding of SEO best practices Ability to troubleshoot and resolve Shopify-related issues independently Bonus Skills (Preferred) Experience with Shopify Plus and Checkout Extensibility Familiarity with headless commerce or Shopify Hydrogen App integration and performance optimization experience How to Apply Ready to build incredible Shopify experiences with us?
