ServiceNow Engineer

Key responsibilities:

• Design and implement ServiceNow applications, workflows, and modules (e.g., Incident Problem, Change, CMDB, Discovery).
• ServiceNow Service Portal: Custom widget development, UI policies, and portal configuration.
• IT Service Management (ITSM): Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management modules.
• Integrations: REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server configurations, and third-party tool integrations.
• IT Infrastructure Management (ITIM): CMDB, Discovery, and Asset Management.
• Experience in ITOM module.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Manage integrations using REST and SOAP.

Knowledge, skills & experience:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and module development.
• Experience with system integrations, web services, and APIs.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices is a plus.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Availability:

• Preference will be given to candidates available immediately or a maximum 30 days after accepting the offer.
