Job Description.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain applications and modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Agile Management, HR Management, Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, Vendor Risk Management, Policy and Compliance, and Reporting.
• Create and implement inbound email processes to update tasks and RITMs using keywords and identifiers.
• Build record producers to generate incidents based on user input through forms.
• Design and implement custom approval workflows using reference field values and custom tables.
• Modify Application Service tables to show historical and current application names on catalog forms.
• Design UI buttons for catalog items that trigger dynamic emails based on RITM variables.
• Automate request closures and send reminders using scheduled jobs.
• Create catalog items for user group management to automate adding/removing users from groups and updating custom tables.
• Develop and manage integrations with external systems for automation and data flow.
• Design complex workflows using RITM values and user-defined dates with validations and task generation.
• Perform domain migration from MSP to on-prem instance using migration tools and manual techniques.
• Implement survey and assessment automation, including gamification logic.
• Create custom DevOps integrations tailored to project needs.
• Collaborate with project teams for system integration efforts.
• Design Transform Maps and manage scheduled data imports for continuous data sync.
