ServiceNow Architect

As a ServiceNow Architect at InfoBeans, you will lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions encompassing ITSM, ITBM, HRSD, GRC, and other modules. Your primary responsibility will be to develop scalable, flexible, and sustainable ServiceNow architectures aligning with business objectives. You will design solutions that seamlessly integrate with existing enterprise systems, offering technical leadership and guidance to development teams to ensure best practices in implementation, coding, and configuration. Collaborating with business stakeholders, you will gather requirements, analyze needs, and translate them into technical solutions. Conducting technical workshops and training sessions for teams and stakeholders will be crucial for successful implementation. You will oversee the end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications and integrations, ensuring successful integration with other enterprise systems while managing and resolving complex technical issues. Establishing and enforcing governance around ServiceNow platform usage, you will ensure compliance with standards and best practices. Developing and maintaining architectural documentation, conducting regular reviews and audits of the platform to optimize scalability, and engaging with key business and IT stakeholders to align IT and business strategies will be part of your responsibilities. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will provide insights and recommendations on how ServiceNow can address business challenges.
