Architect, configure, and enhance Business Continuity Management (BCM) processes in ServiceNow, including risk assessments, impact analysis, continuity plans, and testing. Collaborate with risk, compliance, and continuity teams to ensure BCM data models and workflows align with organizational resilience goals. Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems and data sources using REST/SOAP APIs and MID servers. Drive data integrity, governance, and normalization strategies across CMDB and BCM data sets. Guide junior developers through code reviews, architecture discussions, and platform best practices. Support platform upgrades, patching, and performance tuning. Develop dashboards, reports, and executive-level views for CMDB, CSDM, and BCM health. Required Skills & Experience: Hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, administration, and module implementation. Strong scripting knowledge: JavaScript, Glide API, Client/Server Scripts, UI Scripts. Proven experience with CMDB architecture, Service Mapping, Discovery, and integrations. Solid understanding and implementation experience of CSDM (v3 or higher). Hands-on experience with Business Continuity Management (BCM) workflows and modules. Strong knowledge of ITSM and ITOM modules, with alignment to ITIL v4 practices. Proficiency in ServiceNow integration methods and Integration Hub.
