Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Field Service Engineer to join our technical service team. The candidate will be responsible for installation, preventive maintenance, and breakdown support of medical imaging equipment including X-ray, CR, and DR systems at client sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and test X-ray, CR, and DR systems at customer sites.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on medical imaging systems.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting services for equipment issues.
• Document service activities (service reports, PM checklists, etc.).
• Coordinate with senior engineers or technical team for escalations and complex problems.
• Train end-users on basic equipment handling and care.
• Ensure timely and professional communication with customers.
• Travel to different customer locations as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Biomedical Engineering.
• Fresher or 1–2 years of field service experience in a similar domain preferred.
• Basic understanding of X-ray systems, CR/DR technology, and electronics.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel and work on-site at hospitals/clinics.

Pay: ₹15,100.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
